Not a mother but as a young female who is finishing up college and starting a career I am always harassed about having children and when I am going to. I don't believe that my whole life has to be summed up in my ability to have children and how to raise them. When I tell people that I don't want to cave into social pressure to make a person, to become a role I will hate and ultimately become a person I will regret, I was confronted with so many negative reactions. This book is so important to other mothers and to young women alike because we are not just our ovaries, we are people, too. Thank you for being open and honest.
